Water sustainability, conservation, and resiliency have become essential focus areas for many companies. While the US was once a water-rich country (and in many ways still is), with recent droughts and changing climate patterns, certain areas are seeing what used to be an abundant resource become scarce. That’s a concern across multiple sectors – including oil & gas. 

Oil and gas operations, to maintain compliance, need to monitor water quality. However, that can be challenging when the operations may be in remote areas, across significant geographical locations, and include multiple wells requiring individual water quality and usage monitoring.
