Founder & CEO
Meena Sankaran is an accomplished technology executive, business leader and evangelist driving global strategy and innovation for customer success through a variety of leadership roles. She has been a key influencer and executed on product strategy with her unique blend of business and technical acumen to customers worldwide across organizations of varied sizes.
As a Social Entrepreneur, she believes in leveraging technology for challenges that bring about global change and deliver solutions to impact at a grass roots level. She has a BE in Electronics Engineering from India and MS in Electrical Engg from UTA, Texas. Her Leadership in Ketos's engineering innovation, product & business strategy, team discipline and strong culture are instrumental in the path to success. She has been a winner of several awards including being featured on Forbes as one of the awe-inspiring women.
Vice President of Software Engineering
Senthil Paramasivam is Vice President of Software Engineering at Ketos and leading the roadmap for IoT Sensor Software, Full-Stack Cloud Platform, Data Analytics, AI/ML, DevOps and QA. Senthil is a seasoned leader, technologist with a proven track record of leading high-growth and highly innovative organizations with over 20 years of progressive experience in Distributed Systems, Datacenter, Cloud/Edge Networking, Security, IoT, and Storage technologies.
Before joining Ketos, Senthil was the Director of Software Engineering for the Ruckus Division at Brocade for more than five years where he was a hands-on product leader who is responsible for driving Product Roadmap, Innovation and Engineering excellence for the Enterprise products. Prior to Ruckus, Senthil was with Cisco Systems for more than 12 years and played various roles including a Software Architect and Senior Engineering Manager, where he led the architecture for the innovative Cloud Services Product Line - a distributed highly scalable L4-L7 ADC and Security services platform. Senthil has an M.S in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and B.E in Computer Science from PSG College of Technology, India.
Vice President – Finance & Operations
Kim Speiser has over twenty years of global experience in a broad range of Financial disciplines and Business Operations for several verticals, including Media and Telecommunications. She has worked with start-up stage businesses to those with Annual Revenue of $85M and Operating Budgets of over $500M. No matter the size of the Company, Kim has the same roll-up her sleeves attitude which makes her a strong leader that can help companies grow and transition through various stages of growth. Her areas of expertise include budgeting, P&L management, and long-term strategy and planning. She also has significant experience in working in high growth environments where her oversight has included HR, Facilities and other general Business Operations. She has been a VP of, Finance at Current TV, Al Jazeera America and Vocativ prior to taking on her passion of being part of the sustainability sector with an impact oriented approach to technology.
Vice President – Business Development
Matt is an accomplished business development executive with a strong focus on sustainability. Matt has over 20 years of business development experience in the utility industry, primarily in industrial water and energy - with a strong focus on sustainability. After serving his country as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps, Matt turned his efforts towards sustainable development. Throughout his colorful career, Matt has developed sustainable communities in the Hill Country of Texas, wind farms across the US, sustainable approaches to manufacturing operations, and water treatment facilities. Matt received his BA in Classical Languages from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA in International Finance from the Thunderbird School of International Business. Multi-lingual, Matt has worked and lived in various countries throughout the world.
